If you need system.img, just download the full ROM.

Root Instructions:

1. Install Magisk Manager

2. Flash the patched boot.img from here

Notes:
Some Tecno Phantom 8 report chipset as MTK6757D. If that is the case, use the MTK6757D scatter file from "Individial Files" above.
