Mine did same, so far I have reflashed it but it is still not working.The two green lights still on, and though the pc detects and identifies it as huawei modem, no dashboard to run it.

Thanks for the tutorial it worked but I have issues. After unlocking successfully sometimes it stops browsing after not browsing with it for like 10 minutes not until you restart it, everyone I gave it to use complains of same thing even with different sims , is there a settings to fix this? Thanks

this issue must come from your ISP cause on the device, there's no settings to disconnect the internet after a certain period of inactive time. you shouldn't necessarily need to restart the device, instead logon to the web management page then reconnect the internet

it's either you retry downloading the zip attachment or you can search for that file name i.e "E5573cs_update_21.318.99.03.00" (you'll surely find a working link for the file)
