i have used the bootpin method , however i am unable to update the firmware and unlock the device, it is being detected by dcunlocker but other app doesnt unlock it please help

But I keep getting stuck at step 7, where I have to put a wire on the motherboard and connect the USB to my pc. The problem is my pc doesn't recognize the device like that until I remove the wire from the motherboard.
I will really appreciate if you could help me with a way out. Tnx
