Now the problem is the device was from safaricom kenya but after unlocking it only accepts airtel kenya. i tried editing the apn settings in the web management but still cant connect with any other sim card only airtel sim.
any details on how you managed to unlock this device? also info on how to fix imei / sn are on page 1, step 19

the device was from safaricom but after following the steps the device now accepts airtel sim only.
i was asking if there is anyway to do for it to accept different sim cards
ps:i havent succeeded in fixing the imei and sn,i tried every way that you said to use the dc unlocker apps but i still get the 'modem not found'.

in the new thread, post the current firmware version on the mifi
