Congrats bro, you are so lucky.
Mine did same, so far I have reflashed it but it is still not working.The two green lights still on, and though the pc detects and identifies it as huawei modem, no dashboard to run it.
After a long while I was able to get this back.

Please is there a way to flash huawei dashboard instead of this IDEA?
