Hi! I have a airtel modem, I tried using balong tool but it doesn’t load the usbloader I think, I AM ON 21.329.63.00.284 firmware, and Airtel web ui version 17.100.20.00.284

Me too got the same problem cannot use Balong tool on the latest firmware version 21.329.63.00.284, I managed to find the unlocking file from here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wZzakWbn...z2knMYFy24

This file has bricked my mifi but few comments on the video shows it has unlocked for them not sure how, I tried this on windows 7, now it is stuck at test point, shows only 'Huawei Mobile Connect - 3G PC UI Interface' under COM ports. Buttons and LEDs do not respond it is almost dead. Tried everything to unbrick it but there is not enough information to unbrick it.. DC Phoneix software can repair it but it is paid. Any help is much appreciated.

When you Disconnect / reconnect the battery then try turning the mifi on, does the LED indicators come on at all?

Have you tried flashing e5573cs firmware?

Have you tried flashing e5573cs firmware?

Yes tried disconnect / reconnect, tried flashing the firmware it cannot find the device itself... fails on getting device information.

When you try turning the mifi on, does the LED indicators come on at all?
did you try holding reset and power button before attempting to flash the firmware

No they wont come on, nothing at all, only if I hold the mifi power button for a long time 10-15 seconds the PC com port disconnects and connects again. Tried holding both power and reset button together but again nothing happens, it doesn't go to the download mode.

I guess it is stuck in the test point mode (boot shot), would need to find a way to flash the usbloader because Balong wont work or a newer version of it may support if ever it comes.

Try detecting the device in balong downloader also try in DC unlocker
Let me know which one detects it
