After waiting long time nothing happened.. I changed the PC, laptop and windows also but I faced the same problem everywhere.. since 5 days I am working hard to fix this issue. I also tried this update ES5573CS_Update_21.318.09.00.00 but not successful.
PLZ help

skip the retrieving user info error and continue to the end of the guide then remove / reinsert battery and try powering the mifi on
it should come on
