Use bypass utility master. Xenon already answered this problem for me. "there's a problem on the github page, when you visit the github page, don't download from releases 1.4.2 (this is an old version they haven't updated the releases in a while now)
rather click the dropdown for "code" in a green button then select "download as zip". you should have the file named as "bypass_utility-master"
extract and use this particular master version."
Just follow those steps. It worked for me. Also, check the file path that the dependencies (pip install usb serial json5) installed to. If you had an older version of Python, like version 3.8, they will install to that folder rather than the folder for version 3.10. So when you try to use version 3.10, like in your screenshot, you will also get that error.
