You can contact the OEM, see if there's any more firmwares they might have or check the hardware screen touch if it's faulty
Either way, if you still have any other problems then create a new thread for it by clicking "Ask question" at the top

check and ensure that you installed libusb properly, if not then uninstall everything python related, reinstall python then start from the beginning
if you still have problems then create a new thread for the device issue by clicking "ask question" at the top

Alright, i followed everything and i reached the point of trying to use the bypass script and i got a python related error.

tried to downgrade python , still same thing occurs

i take it that you're using the latest version mtk bypass, the setup process is now a bit different ; see https://github.com/MTK-bypass/bypass_uti...on-windows

flashing with DA? you're not meant to change the da in SWD if that's the tool you're using if you still have problems then create a new thread for this by clicking "ask question" at the top
in the new thread, attach a full screenshot of the error message(s) you're receiving
