What message?
It shows some error by red color at beginning and run some operation finally it says couldnt update partition. Is it because I have choosen keep read only ?
This procedure is perfect. Just followed it and my tecno C9 is now rooted. Thank you

I flash magisk on it instead of super su
but i prefer to flash the twrp recovery instead of cmw please how can i go about it cos rashr refuse to flash the twrp recovery img
Port TWRP for your phone using the tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21839.html
Then use sp flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html or miracle box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-14106.html to flash the TWRP

Use your phone's recovery.img. You can get it by backing up firmware using miracle @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html

On my tecno c9 without issue cos u only ask us to boot into it not to flash it
But i want to flash it because of screen touch
