take out and re-insert the battery then try flashing again

i select all the bin files to download and it starts boot loader download and after 15 seconds all together i receive this error...
i had to pay 3$ for the firmware link as it was no where to be find for vodacom power tab 10 also known as alcatel pixi 3 (10") and i have a feeling there is something wrong with the scatterfile.
now the problem is that my phone is formatted from SPFT and cant even get into recovery.
here is the scatterfile any help would be deeply appreciated
