My device is a redmi pad. The system displays a message indicating that you need to enter sig. I try to enter a number. After authorization, the system displays the following two images: BROM_SCMD-SLA error.code 0x7020 and BROM protocol error.Check device environment. How do I get the exact "sig"?

After failing to flash a Vortex T10M Pro tablet and receiving a dm-verity corruption error on boot, I tried to use SP Flash Tool v5.2020 and v5.2404 to completely format the tablet and restore the stock firmware following the instructions from this thread at XDA
After formatting the tablet, I cannot flash the stock firmware onto the tablet using the attached scatter file. I could not find this error code in the main post:

SP FLASH TOOL ERROR: -1073545215
The scatter file is invalid

I've also attached a list of the complete files within the firmware folder and the scatter file itself.
Currently, I can hold the Volume Up + Down + Power when plugged into a USB port and use the Disable Auth functionality of Android Utility Pro to get SP Flash Tool to recognize the device, but that's all I can do, The LCD no longer displays any options, so I was hoping to throw a fresh image on the tablet and start all over if I can just get this scatter file to work.
Any help with this error would be appreciated!
