[Tutorial] How to use Hydra tool to repair IMEI of Huawei MTK

This tutorial will demonstrate how to repair the IMEI of a Huawei device with a MediaTek chipset using Hydra Tool.
Requirements
- A Windows PC
- Mediatek VCOM Drivers
- Setup Hydra Tool and Dongle

Steps to repair a Huawei Mediatek device's IMEI using Hydra Tool
- Launch the Hydra software
- Click the Home icon located at the top left corner. Then double-click "MTK".

- Go to the "Service" tab, and then click on "Repair IMEI" under it

- Tick the warning message saying "IMEI Changing is ILLEGAL in some countries" to enable the repair options.

- On the dropdown menu, scroll down to "Huawei" and choose "Huawei Flashmode"
- Select the IMEI slot that needs repair and input the corresponding IMEI number.

- Click "Execute".
- Power off and connect your phone to the PC in BROM mode (if requested). The repair will start once. your device is detected.
- Reboot your device once the process is complete.
Important Notice
- Make sure that your phone has a valid baseband for this method to work.
- Please note that changing the IMEI number of a device is illegal in many countries and may violate laws and regulations.
