Doogee T20 unlocking bootloader error

Hello.
I'm trying to unlock bootloader of a Doogee T20 tablet (Unisoc T616 UMS9230T) following this method: How to unlock Unisoc (SPD) bootloader using Identifier Token (https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21669.html) but at last step got this error :

OKAY [ 0.000s]
unlocking bootloader...
FAILED (remote: Unlock bootloader fail.)
finished. total time: 0.056s

I have pac file.
Please, someone could help me what to do?

Your best bet is this exploit https://github.com/TomKing062/CVE-2022-3...upportList but ums9230t isn't listed.
Could you zip and attach only fdl 1&2 extracted from the pac file

I don't know how to extract fdl1 & 2...I downloaded pac from a website...

TomKing procedure isn't clear for me..I'm newbie, sorry if my question is stupid but I don't know what batch is this (Step 2):
" Execute onekey batch or manually execute line by line."
