Before flashing, ensure that:
- You have taken note of your current build number. If the device is bricked then enumerate the current build number using this guide. Knowing your current build number makes it easy to revert to the most compatible firmware in case you flash a buggy or incompatible firmware.
- The battery is charged to an extent and inserted into the phone.
- The phone is powered off / switched off.
- You have installed Mediatek Preloader USB VCOM drivers .
- You have downloaded either part of or the complete firmware above (depending on what you need to flash) and unzipped it into a folder.
- You have a PC and a USB cord.
How to flash
