I don't the get reason why you specify version 3.9 and up.
For Windows 7 users, the latest version available for them is 3.7.5
Is there any reason why 3.9 is the least?

Try using that then, just ensure to tick Add To Path when installing

Okay... I was able to bring it out of the loop. I Re-Downloaded the firmware. But, I first made a "Format whole flash except Bootloader" on SP flash. Then, Downloaded the partitions. Now working... Thanks a lot. God bless you.
Can one use this Bypass method to flash unsigned custom recoveries like TWRP if one has the image already? Because SP was popping up error about some part of the firmware not being signed. I had to untick those from the Download.
