I'm unable to copy it. I'm on windows 7 64-bit. What could be the issue?

What error are you getting?
None.
Everytime I try to move those 2 stuff to the folder you said they should be moved to, I get ? under my cursor.
And if use copy, it won't highlight paste in the destination folder.

ensure that you're not trying to copy the file while it's within the compressed file i.e decompress the file before attempting to copy and paste

You can contact the OEM, see if there's any more firmwares they might have or check the hardware screen touch if it's faulty
