I have stock boot.img and magisk patched also
and stock recovery.img and twrp ported
oppo a3s has no bootloader mode and no fastboot mode
is there any way to flash them without unlocking
if any way to flash fastboot binaries in system or any other thing
please help me

not unless you can manage to find the right firehose programmer file for your device, you won't be able to flash without a fastboot mode
how did you verify that there's no fastboot mode?

adb reboot bootloader
phone onky reboot
try using adb reboot-bootloader
if it also reboots the phone then truly there's no fastboot mode

you can try using the firehose file to flash magisk patched boot to your device using either qfil or miracle thunder
