no idea
the same command could work, who knows but you'd need to complete step 6 if you can find the right files for your model

I see. As it stands, the Unlocker won't even detect the Mifi, so I guess that's game over!

run the setup from your device, it should install the drivers then you can try using latest dc unlocker software + unknown huawei modem
see if it detects or not, alternatively you could try using putty to connect to the mifi
either way, unless you have step 6 covered, sending the command will fail

Hi. My Huawei modem E5573S-508 is not detected on my lenovo pc with W10 (spanish) with the DC unlocker.
It appear in my device list and after connecting the modem to my PC it reports ethernet connection and I get Internet connection.
But after starting DC unlocker2client, the program runs then just the message 'modem not found'.
(I even get a beep when I start the program).
First starting DC unlocker and then pluging in the modem, same result.

Hope someone can help!

PS: maybe the modem should not connect to internet o show ethernet connection, but how to avoid that?

Note extra:
When I select the Modem Huawei e5573, instead of autodetect, the options 'Ports - Aplication & Diacnostics' are highlighted, But ther is no option to enter anything in the field or to select an option.

Then, the following message appears:
DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1431
Detecting modem :
selection :
manufacturer - Huawei modems
model - Huawei E5573
Please define proper COM port, or select autodetect!

But how to find out which Com port is in use, and then, where to enter the info?

You help will be appreciated!

Thank you

sometimes you just need to click the search icon in dc unlocker more than once for it to detect

Yes I tried that, about 20 times .... no luck.

Could the fact that the modem is -automatically- in use via Windows to connect to Internet, be a problem?

By the way, the modem was bought in Chile, and apparently unlocked for all telecom companies here. As a modem it works ok.
