Problem Solved:

How?

I was using the port as UART in the secure boot bypass mode to connect the tool with the phone. I did not know that was not necessary (though clearly stated in the instruction. But, since I was only able to use SP Flash tool in UART bypass mode, I thought the same applied to Meta).

Once I changed the port to USB and enabled ADB Service, it worked without error.

Thank you.

Realme 7 5G RMX2111 android 10, unlocked, rooted, MT6853

Modem meta connects with the device using DUT in Meta but it show a warning. May this affect the possibility of restoring IMEI? (attachment).
I have no idea what kind of authentication problem it is. I have tried to boot into brom with disabling authentication and then boot to meta. Still the same warning. When I tried to use auth_sv5.auth file from stock firmware, modem meta failed to connect. It stucked at last stage.

How to obtain database for this model? I followed this tutorial: https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-11609.html but I have no directory as /system/etc/mddb/.
I have stock firmwares. Where I can find such database? I have to extract some img? Is it possible to extract such database using MTKMetaUtility v37?

Thanks to MTKMetaUtility I have found where db is stored. Using Dump Modem Database (meta) it gives the path:
/data/vendor_de/meta/mddb
I found there:
MDDB.META.ODB_MT6853_S00_MOLY_NR15_R3_TC16_PR1_SP_V3_P54.XML
MDDB.META.ODB_MT6853_S00_MOLY_NR15_R3_TC16_PR1_SP_V3_P54.XML.GZ

Modem meta failed to load this DB. How to fix it?

No, I don't have it.

If database is used to write IMEI I guess it have information where IMEI is stored. What kind of string gives the location of IMEI? Seach for IMEI string gives a lot of results. Is IMEI stored in explicit way? I have found it in opporeserve2.img.

Yes, IMEI2 is 222..

My phone stopped working after it was put on direct sun and overheated. It could not power up. Next day it powered up but had been ustable, lots of error, crashes, problem with connecting gsm network, wifi. Then I lost sim1 and sim2 connectivity. After OTA update the phone was working properly but still no gsm connection. Then I realized that something is wrong with IMEIs

Try IMEI converter mentioned here https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-26051.html
you can trace where your IMEI appears in nvram file then edit accordingly
