[Tutorial] How to use modem meta to write IMEI to Mediatek devices

I have this Oppo A91 phone, null IMEI. The phone has Helio P70 MT6771V CPU. Android 9.
However, Modem Meta failed with the error "Write IMEI to target failed" at the write IMEI step.
I also rooted the phone and tried all the methods listed here (https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-116.html) but none worked. I haven't tried recent Box versions though because I cannot find any loader that works.
Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this "Write IMEI to target failed" error? or any other methods to restore IMEI?
Also, from how the z3x pandora and other paid Box methods work, I figure out that there is a need to patch certificate to get the new IMEI to work. Unfortunately, I cannot find any information regarding this patch certificate.

I have oppo a1k heavy security
And I have cmd
Adb reboot meta
Togo reboot easily in metamod I don't know other devices but if oppo gone to meta so other devices easily gone to meta mod
But problem not detecting
Open your Maui meta app
And select only dut in meta
Not USB vcom
And there's may be if u select port click on auto
Not select smartphone
U see everything gone to end and your device was connected
Now problem where u find db files
I think these files avail in stock roms
I have downloaded full stock rom oppo a1k and extract then I have oppo a1k ap and db file
And meta also passed
I think mtk devices most easily root unlocked bootloader in brom mod
And easily successful connected with maui meta
But this software can't repair imei my mobile
I get error
Write imei failed to Target

Installed CDC drivers ..etc
The SPflashtool method requires tecno LC6 nvram&nvdata files which I dont have.. tried to search but most of them are paid files.
Tried all the other methods which do not require a flashing box but failed. Please help
