I already used this method before and success to unlock my old MiFi, but this one did not succeed due to it has a higher version of the software, when trying use balong USB downloader it can't detect the MiFi, please advise.

software version 21.318.03.00.37 on e5573cs-322 is old and can be unlocked using the guide in the link i sent previously
if your device is not detected then it means you didn't install proper drivers OR bootshot properly (you can check device manager to confirm this)
create a new thread for your device issue if you still have any other problems
