GSM Aladin not showing anything after connecting my phone

whats your phone model and the chipset of the phone?
is the baseband and IMEI of your phone unknown and invalid?

ensure you've properly installed vcom preloader driver @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html
if it still doesn't connect then try other methods @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-116.html
and if the phone is rooted, use ADB or tool hero method

I have tried using Gsm Aladdin Box, but still not fixing the imei.try it using sp meta am very sure it will work for you refer to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-12328.html
