whats your phone model and the chipset of the phone?
is the baseband and IMEI of your phone unknown and invalid?

Tecno Camon CX Air, Chipset is 6735 and the base band is still on the phone.

ensure you've properly installed vcom preloader driver @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html
if it still doesn't connect then try other methods @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-116.html
and if the phone is rooted, use ADB or tool hero method

if GSM alladin doesnt work for you, then use another method
