Am having Tecno A7 after a push update sent from Tecno, i tried to update my system software. unfortunately after downloading it, my phone just went blank while trying to install the update. since then, its been in a boot loop. i just saw an update on https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-311.html
but when i try to download it, i get this error message

Hello again I followed all the steps in the tutorial except that my phone has inbuilt battery, and after switching off the phone, the pc couldn't detect it again, could the problem originated from PDAnet? Because am using the same version as of that in the tutorial pdanet4126 or what should I do next (Tecno A7 Phantom Z)

install vcom drivers using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html then try again

Succesfully done, but now my phone cant connect to a network it says invalid Imei, i follow the engineering mode tutorial but i got an error code saying "This command ia not allowed in user build mode" what should do now? Pls done got tired of me
