My pc is running Win 7 Ultimate (32-bit) No Anti-virus installed)
Tried it another pc with the same OS (Anti-virus disabled throughout the whole process, starting from extracting zip to the final phase) yet same result
No output..
I already tried Philz Autoport tool too (1.1 to 1.3) no output too
Pls assist

Either your recovery.img is signed or the PC has a problem running the tool.
I'm unable to download your recovery.img (no decryption key)

The tool found DM_Verity , you didn't read the message at the countdown page.
Boot.img needs to be patched else the TWRP won't work

I don't understand sir, do you mean my boot image should be patched before backing up my full ROM den come to this part?
And I have a patched boot sir (from magisk apk after ROM backup)

you'll need to patch boot using magisk before flashing the twrp. See https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21427.html for how to patch boot.

Please ignore the dm_verity talk, that was a mixup from another user's comment on this thread.
I downloaded your recovery and ran it against the tool here and it worked. The clash must be from your PC. Try a different PC
Just so you know, the tool did find DM_Verity so you'll need to flash the magisk patched boot for the TWRP to work (after the output issue is solved)
