whether you are trying to root your device OR flash twrp without root, you'll definitely need a PC
so start by searching for a friend or someone who will let you use his / her PC for a while
then also answer these three questions
whats the android version, chipset and build number of the device?

Let me explain what's happening here.
The above error means your phone only accepts flashing of signed images,
So even if you were to get a TWRP, you would encounter the same error.
We need to find a way around that so check https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-439.html for Error 6045 and do as instructed
