The Stock ROM is for Phantom A+ . We're yet to upload the MTK backup for Phantom A (F7). Please, confirm if your phone is Phantom A or A+ , if its A+, then it might be the new OS type.

it's likely due to incompatibility. you'll need to get access to a working phantom a+ @ your end to backup
