Install libusb-win32 filter to Mediatek USB Port
I did that previously and did it again but same result
After installing filter it doesn't show up in libusb. So i think the filter is installed?

if the port doesn't show up then filter has been installed
try uninstalling everything incl python, then reinstall and retry
you can also try using a different PC / OS version, see if you get the same error

when i uninstall libusb there is some error too

ensure that you sent the pip install command in step 2, if you did then uninstall everything and retry from the beginning also retry using a different pc too

if the device doesn't exist when you select "remove a filter" then it has been removed

Is it possible to flash GSIs or flash magisk_patched-boot.img in Bootloader Locked mobiles with this procedure?

can you post which exact files you copied and the folder location of the files. hopeful it'll help @Maaz Khalid and any others who encounter the same issue
