you're not supposed to format an mtk secure boot phone, change format all + download to download only
then download and use custom DA for your model @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23243.html

What error does it give now? can you attach screenshot of the error.
Also, try flashing the firmware using the Software Download Tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23709.html

Since it can't backup, it automatically means I also can't flash it with any tool
