in the first screenshot, the progress bar at the bottom indicates that you've successfully flashed usbloader [no errors]

Device Manager has only one interface, such as uploaded attachments, step 13 prompts error message, error code 12, query device information failed

reinstall the drivers again OR try the drivers @ http://www.mediafire.com/file/39p188qk2b...Serial.zip

when you say not working;
doesnt receive network signal or doesnt connect to the internet?
