Hello,
I have two phones Leeco Le 2 x527 processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 652, and Lenovo Tab 3 8 Plus processer Qualcom Snadragon 625. Both have an OS Android Marshmallow v. 6.0.1. I had retired at 2011 year, my bank where I receive my pension request to use Android with version greater than 7. I have been forced to flash custom or stock firmware, and first step is full backup through the QFILL.
I found the chipsets are Chipset Qualcomm Technologies, Inc MSM8976 for Le 2 X527, and Chipset Qualcomm Technologies, Inc MSM8953 for Lenovo.

My desktop PC had a small crash. Its CPU radiator had broken and the CPU temperature bounce up 104 centigrade! So I lost mail, internet and so on. Only today I've coped with issue.

I've a try to go through the offered process, but stopped at 5-th step.
First:
I've a try to go through the offered process, but stopped at 5-th step. I launch QPSTConfig.exe, connect my PC with device Le x527. After the window opened I saw no port available. Press the button add port: select the only port COM1 - Serial (Communication Port), select it, and press OK. Select Software download and saw Port COM1 No phone connected.
So, I stopped.
I have another phone Lenovo TB 8703x. I've inserted its cable to the PC, and repeated my made steps to see the difference.
The window add_new_port has 4 ports to choose. I checked all.
The window Active_phones has three string and the last is:
Phone: MSM8953 | ESN: 80C34967 | Banner: Row_Gen_3GPP | Port: COM13
I suppose the last one is more suited for next Step, cause it shows chipset MSM8953, ESN number 80C34967 /Really unknown for me/

My Le2 is really strange device, it support adb, fastboot, EDL mode, and so on, but all two windows just empty, the only port is COM1, as it is in windows 7.
The Second:

The dir firmware is for Xiaomi

For the the Leeco Le 2 x527. Power off, hold vol+ and vol- and connect to pc. What does it get detected as in device manager?

Dear Sirs,

It seems we have lost the initial problem from what I began.
My phone has name Leeco,model number: Le X527.

OS: Android 6.0.1.
EUI version 5.8.016S.
Processor Qualcomm 652
Chipset Qualcomm Technologies Inc MSM8976.

It so happen, my bank, where I receive my pension, from last december had modified it's app and request OS must be v.7 or higher.

So, I planned:

1. Made full backup of my my phone.
2. Flash up new firmware v. 7 or higher.

First step allows me to restore phone in case of a failure.
I found videoclip How to use QFIL to backup Qualcomm firmware created by Hovatek.

I have a try to connect by author, but failed.

I ask help at Hovatek forum.
Thanks, I found the chipset of my phome: Qualcomm Technologies, Inc MSM8976.
So, I got a list of emmc filehose mbn files, but which and how I may use it, I don't know.

I receive a large instruction what I should do, I made an attempt to use it, but I can't and I think the instruction shows me how to flash firmware. But I have no firmware of my phone and I wanna to receive it as described in the clip.
