I have not lost it.
To backup or flash with QFIL, the device must enter EDL unless you want to use TWRP method.
Since you said QFIL doesn't detect the phone, we need to check Device Manager for what the PC is detecting the phone.
This is why I have asked you to hold the EDL button combo and check Device Manager for what appears when phone is connected.

There was also Error during backup through QFIL
All is correct upto turning on Partition Manager:
It shows window with message:
Plase make sure you have select the correct programmer in flat build page
D:\....\prog_emmc_firhose_8976_ddr.mbn
pressing OK leads to launching download, which ended with failure in status window.

Really the phone doesn't go to EDL mode on this device after my attempt to flash it through fastboot CWM recovery.
Despite of reporting all OK, really buttons Vol_UP + Power lanches its native recovery with two opportumities Update.zip and Clear_Data.
I tourn on the EDL mode by adb command:
adb reboot edl
Device manager shows after connecting phoneto PC with USB:
Line Portable devices | Le2
and in EDL mode:
Ports (COM & LPT)
Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM17)

If its detected correctly and you're getting Sahara error then the firehose file might be incompatible.

It seems I found my error trying to backup my Le 2 x527 phone through QFIL.exe.
Reason 1:
The main obstacle is: We cannot switch the device to EDL mode remaining in unlocked status!
Explanation:
Step 1: unlocking device through fastboot command fastboot oem unlock-go
Step 2: Launching QFIL and preparing firehose configuration
Step 3 launching EDL
My phone does not accept the commands fastboot reboot edl
There is no command fastboot power off, so to use Vol Up + Power buttons and plugging cable to PC does n't work.
Any reboot will lock the device and Sahara will unable to work.
Reason 2.
Boot manager must have access to partitions, but how, if there is no *.xml, patch file, and *.mbn file has no info concerning to partition.
Flat build contains patch.xml in the same folder with other files - we have nothing!
May be QPSTConfig.exe build for phone will have, but I failed to build config...
Reason 3. The author of clip said one may use firmware instead programmer file, now I have firmware for my phone, but how?
Any ideas?

I had no original firmware,
I made a try to install CWM recovery using fastboot flash...
but after successful action I must may reboot...
But really in this case device reboot into android despite any fastboot command...
As a result some things doesn't work as usual, so I updated firmware to X527-5_9_21S.zip
Its content is:

system.img
twrp.img
Really I don't know what firmware I have v.19S, 20S, 21S. I just use one what I liked.
Now it works as usual.
Now I installed TWRP instead Chinese recovery, start Magisk and Magisk installation,
really I am not sure we can managed with QFIL. The problem with QPSTConfig.exe "Not seen Le2 x527 port" seams as unsolvable,
I lost all my software, apps installed, and may do other way to brick my phone.
I am going to install some custom firmware kind Nougat 7.x, or Lineage 14.1, or something else.
The thread I started may be closed.
