Choose your brand and model from the dropdown. If not found then choose Spreadtrum (at the bottom of the list) and your chipset
Click the Flash tab
Choose Readback file under Firmware type
Click the button in front of Firmware type and select the folder where the backup files are located
Click Back once the files are loaded
Tick the partitions you wish to restore
Click Flash
Power off the device, hold your boot key (could be volume down, volume down + power or volume up + power depending on your device ) and connect to the PC via USB cable
The device should get detected
Wait while the backup is restored
You should see Reboot..Okay once restore is done
Important Notice
If you encounter an [PROTOCOL ERR] BSL_REP_OPERATION_FAILED [0x00000084] error then untick Protect Repartition
