What OS is your PC running on? and is it 32 or 64 bit?

Are you sure you selected the correct .inf file? If its windows 7, you're to open Drivers > USB Vcom driver > win 7 > usb2ser_Win7.inf (this is the 32 bit version)

I have downloaded the file Media Tex USB VOM and extrated with Hovatek password, Divers-USB Drivers- Win7 - empty files available to install. can you please post me an update file.

there's nothing wrong with the file and all drivers are inside. ensure you entered the passowrd correctly (case sensitive) and try redownloading the file. as you can see from comments above, the file works fine
