[RMX3171] How do I Restore IMEI without NVRAM/NVDATA

Long story short,
I erased my nvcfg, nvdata and nvram partitions (I have no backups)
Now my Bluetooth & WIFI are working just fine, but
SIM cards aren't working,
When I checked my IMEIs, I found they're Null, and the Baseband is unknown,
I tried Engineering Mode, but couldn't find CDS/Radio Information under Modem Test,
I tried echoing the "AT +EGMR..." command to /dev/radio/pttycmd1, but this didn't restore IMEIs,
I tried generating the MP0B_001 and putting it in "data\nvram\md\NVRAM\NVD_IMEI" (I couldn't find nvram/ under data/ so I created it),
but it didn't solve the issue
I couldn't access META Mode to use SN Writer Tool, MAUI Meta,
Now I'm looking for someone with the same model (Narzo 30A RMX3171) to share their NVRAM with me.

You should first flash the firmware to sort baseband. After that, you can then fix IMEI

Thanks for the reply,
I tried with the tool, but couldn't get my phone to Meta Mode,
Eventually, I took my phone to a repairs shop (They have licensed Hydra Tool),
They could write my IMEIs back.
Funny thing is when Hydra read my device's info, the IMEIs were already written (I did every possible way described here in Hovatek xD)
While I do want to understand how the IMEIs were written (before using Hydra), I'm glad I got my phone working again, so
