Is there anything i can do to get my laptop to work normal?

When i start my laptop, after, like 3 minutes, it will freeze that the keyboard will not work again, in fact nothing works UNTILL i force it to shutdown by pressing power button for 5seconds and then start the computer again.

All through out february it worked fine but in the mid march it started to do that start.

What can i do to stop this?

Thank

How can I do clean install that my documents will not wipe?

Where can we get windows 10 OS to download to reinstall?
