Recently I flashed GSI on my Unisoc phone which is Itel L6006...
Steps I used to flash:-
• Flashed the firmware
• Booted into fastbootd (using key combination, first recovery then fastbootd)
• Deleted Product Partition to free some space for system (fastboot delete-logical-partition product)
• Flashed GSI (fastboot flash -S 100M system system.img)
• Factory Reseted (from recovery)
• Then booted to system (from recovery)
Then it booted and everything is working just fine...but then I did some test and found a huge issue....
If I flash signed vbmeta for boot partition it gives me bootloop, I can confirm the vbmeta img is OK because I flashed it on my older system to root my phone with signed magisk-patched boot.img, and it worked just fine...
I tried flashing signed vbmeta to get root then flashing stock vbmeta then flashing system, it try to reboot into system but blink a black screen for 1 sec then reboot to fastboot mode
So, I really need to flash vbmeta after flashing GSI, to get root then to flash twrp
I did some research and found on some YouTube video teaching how to flash GSI in fastboot mode they first flashed empty vbmeta and empty vbmeta_system to disable DM_verify, but I didn't flashed any vbmeta BEFORE flashing GSI

From the rooting technique for your model, you don't tamper with vbmeta at all. You just leave it and sign the magisk patched boot using the 4096 pem.
There's no need to touch vbmeta when flashing GSIs either

In simple words
I just want to root my phone after flashing GSI, that's why I flashed vbmeta because I can't flash boot image without flashing vbmeta for boot partition and also same goes for recovery partition..

Start from starting..Now I have GSI flashed in my Device just keep this in mind
I can't flash any Custom Signed/Repacked image file, I can only flash stock image
If I flash Custom Signed/Repacked image I get stuck in boot, If I flash custom signed vbmeta I get stuck in boot. However if I flash Custom signed vbmeta for boot partition and then signed magisk boot image, first it's try to boot into system but then it blink a black screen and reboots to bootloader/fastboot mode
What should I do now to be able to flash images without any problem?

With reference to how the phone got rooted, it doesn't seem to support tampering with the vbmeta,
so if you wish to root, you sign the patched boot.img using the 4096 pem, vbmeta isn't touched at all. Same applies to recovery .
You could try flashing a blank vbmeta just to see if that makes a difference
