It must not be playing nice with the GSI. Try a different GSI. It might be down to Phh root unless you can rule out a GSI-magisk patched boot incompatibility

I also tried it with RR OS, AOSP EXTEMDED
All are same.... should I try with other version of magisk I tried with Canary build

No harm in trying. Since you don't seem to want a Phh GSI / root

adb reboot fastboot

this command will reboot your phone to fastbootd mode

or simply reboot to recovery mode (stock) and from there reboot to fastbootd (there might be a option)

Note: Your device must have support for fastbootd (I currently can't remember the exact requirements, but if your device is eligible then in recovery mode there might be a option to reboot into fastbootd mode)

I think my dick phone doesn't support fakbootd, because adb reboot-fastboot will reboot to home screen, also not have in recovery. can you help me get pass the stuck error when writing stock vbmeta using fastboot and do you know what vbmeta gsi is for?
