how to flash a dead tecno pop 2f ?

i tried to flash my tecno pop 2f with a wrong firmware and now it's completely dead all i can see is a black screen
but when i tried to flash it again using tecno flash tool swd aftersales v 4.1901.23 this time using the correct firmware it didn't work
it kept on sending error messages like error startcmd
i tried also to bypass auth but this failed too sending an error message : payload did not reply
plz someone help here are some of the phone specifications :
cpu: mt6580
firmware : android 8.1 oreo go version
tecno pop 2f b1f 16+1 H 8018gh
