Got this device myself under the Lokmat branding.
Could one install the generic android 10 rom with google apps on mine remotely OR if I buy dongle can one guide me through? Ive done rooting and roms in past but this is different tools and all.
Id rather not buy dongle as Id just use it to install rom and never use again honestly. So would pay one here to do it remotely if possible.

Before to start with very good news i must say that i did a very bad thing when i started to work on this device; i didn't save my firmware !!
The only one i could find to download and flash with success was here; the VER-04... i've just received this watch a couple of days ago and if i remember good (not sure) it was the VER-10. So please guys i really need to get this version or at least, the latest that you can share!
Now for the good
: Starting with this VER-04 i successfully unlock bootloader and flash GSI ROM 9 without any dongle or whatever high level coding.This is the method, for me it only worked under linux (Archlinux Zen Kernel) but the link provide also instructions under windows:

Don't need to specify how to "adb" (enable developpers options; tick unlock bootloader and USB debugging, then "adb reboot bootloader" to flash GSI disabling dm-verity..)
Just another thing: i don't know if this is about my first brick attempt that have solved going from Ver-10 to Ver-04 but i'm not able to access recovery mode (no command error! fix? need my original firmware?)
So the most smart of you guys will say: yeah man but how do you do a data wipe/factory reset:
euhhh: " fastboot -w" after flash system, vbmeta of gsi rom! EZ!
AGAIN: please provide me the latest Firmware for this that i can flash it with SPFlash Tool

Didnt't need this under linux thanks to liusb/USBdk drivers i supposed wich automatically switch the device in the correct mode from pre-loader. Just try it underlinux it will work straight away!
AGAIN: please post me a link of your last flashable firmware!!! i really need it!
