or the user will describe how to do it.

Your File is just the build.prop File. Everybody has got it.
ro.vendor.build.fingerprint=KENBO/K9Pro/K9Pro:9/PPR1.180610.011/1583461345:user/release-keys
In the End of this line you can see that your ROM has got the release-keys.
Your ROM is the same as mine and not to use for unlocking the bootloader.
So, maybe you like to follow Bikkos Idea? Its a working method and discribed good.
Yes a bit more Reserarch is still necessary, but you do it for a great Device and for owning knowledge.

Mine is: 4G_H19_S999_EN_V0.5_P_user_20210305
The build.prop File you will find in the System Folder of the EXTRACTED ROM.
You extracted the ROM, is this right???
You have this File, because the Android System need it at first Boot of the Watch.
If you have more different Rom for the Watch, please take a look at its System Folder and or Subfolder of System.

Now you have to extract the system.img
With an other Program like ART or similar.
After that you will find your EXTRACTED System.img and the System Folder.
And finaly the build.prop File we are talking about!
Please read a bit more about how to extract the system.img File that is only a Part of the whole Android System ROM of your Watch.

No, I didn't extract it. I was sent by the Chinese from whom I bought the watch!

i finally reached my target!
Now i can use the S999 Device for my Apps i like with an very good Android System.
Also thanks to Hovatek makeing this possible!
Lets go out and see the Sun!
