Tecno b1p imei problem after flash with software download tool

Please I flashed my tecno b1p using software download tool and baseband is intact but IMEI is missing I have tried all methods including rooting the phone but non is working I have used an write tool,nck software,miracle box etc please I urgently need help

attach a screenshot of the error you encounter when you attempt to use modem meta
also check in device manager while the phone is connected in meta mode, is the device listed in device manager?
