Have you tried factory resetting the phone? If yes and problem persist then download the firmware with the build “F1-VP510EFG-GO-200***” @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-26041.html
Download the DA for your phone model @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23243.html then load the DA to spft and follow the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html to flash the phone.

I have downloaded the build number 200*** from another site but it same file posted on hovatek. I will try using the da file to flash today. Factory reset do not work.

From experience,swd tools do fail at times.if you have cm2mtk2 you are good to go. But, you will need da and make sure you untick preloader.The da file I have been using is on hovatek.The same F1 da file.
Error: S_security_secro_hash_incorrect(6126) Msp erroe code: 0x00.

did you try the fix for this error listed @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-439.html ?
better still you could try flashing using swd tool as @Chijohn suggested
