However, if i flash back the stock recovery, it fixes it. What can i do to successfully flash twrp with spft with no errors.
My phone is tecno camon 12 cc7

devices preinstalled with android 9 and above all have dm_verity
devices with android 8 and below, you could extract the recovery.img using android image kitchen tool (if you find the file named verity_key in ramdisk folder then the device has dm_verity)

after trying to write twrp and it hung at the writing section in fastboot i thought i would try this but it still hangs at the writing section, any thoughts?cheers

What I just did not do and turned to another place for a solution to this issue.No one could help.The phone number is 2020 and is not known about it.Helped to the maximum.I didn't sleep much for three days and tormented this phone.I open the file on the path vendor/build. prop and look at its contents.Purely by chance, I see the lines provided in the photo and here is the solution to sleepless nights.I change adiantum to footer and the encryption is removed.This is a victory!!!Probably helped someone with my problem.

I patched Unisoc's boot.img, after patching I have lower size file than original. Is this a bug, after patching boot.img will be need larger in size

Its not a bug. You'll get back to the original size during signing
