you entered wrong path, it should be "cd ~/Downloads/modified_fastboot"

Btw does this work without oem unlockibg enabled? For Tecno you have to create a tecno account and wait 2 weeks to be able to enable oem unlocking.

Hi guys
I have a problem, I don't know why, maybe is the brand and model, I have a teclast p10 m3f4, with processor rockchip rk3368

I read and input the commands and my tablet is in fastboot mode, with the first command have a result, but when I write the commands with oem it says is device is locked

the weir part is when I put the command

I try with different ways to unlock, in different forums, but nobody knows, ... Sad

Я разблокировал загрузчик. И у меня зацикленная ошибка прошифки когда я пропатчал через консоль Magisk boot_b и когда я хочу перепрошить, у меня vbmeta не прошивается. Это из за не разблокировоного bootloader?

Your device is soft bricked. you're gonna have to reflash the entire firmware with stock using SPD Research Tool
