(09-03-2025, 11:45 PM)Flheart Hello guys,
I'm trying to unlock a Motorola e13 XT2345-3 (yeah I know that sucks, but that's good for practice at least) and the damn mobile is FRP locked.
I have been able to erase the user data but during the preliminary setup it's asking for Google creds I don't remember or have.
No phone number I can use either.
I'm assuming that I follow the right procedure, and all prior steps from the bootloader unlock procedure from page 1 have been successful from using a USB connection to the phone's bootloader screen and my WSL Ubuntu VM.
But now hitting a snag at the following stage:
root@XYZ # ./fastboot flashing unlock_bootloader signature.bin
2downloading 'unlock_message'...
OKAY [ 0.004s]
unlocking bootloader...
It stays there forever.
What have I missed that I need to reconsider ?
Great thanks for your help.
PS: really impressive tech knowledge and stuff on that forum.
Glad I stumbled on it
Cheers,
Raf.
Hello,try in fastbootd
(11-03-2025, 11:52 PM)Flheart Sounds like I got an FRP lock. Any suggestion about some efficient tool or software that can allow me to remove the lock ? as I can't find the previous owning Google account and don't remember which phone number it was associated to either. Is there any means of removing this lock through a USB connection, the SD card or anything else ? I don't think the software pieces available out there via a monthly or permanent fee would be worth a try. If you got any useful advice to share there I'll take it.
(10-03-2025, 07:37 PM)Flheart Here's the error I get with most commands when the device is in fastbood mode:
root:/mnt/c/modified_fastboot# ./fastboot flashing unlock_bootloader signature.bin
2downloading 'unlock_message'...
FAILED (remote: Download is not allowed on locked devices)
finished. total time: 0.001s
