After use this tools v1.3 device have bootloop. Boot.img patching by magisk v 20.3.

did you flash empty vbmeta? see https://www.hovatek.com/blog/dm_verity-i...-bootloop/

safe to say you don't need vbmeta
flash back your stock boot and recovery.img, confirm that your device can now boot to homescreen
patch boot using magisk
at this point, let me know if the device can still boot into homescreen and also confirm using rootchecker apk from playstore that the device has root

from your screenshot
after flashing stock boot and recovery.img, were you able to boot into homescreen?
then after flashing patched boot, were you able to boot into homescreen?
