Need help installing nokia firmware

hi there. i hope you are well.
first of all want to apologise if the thread is not on the right place. If it`s not pleare moderate but dont delete.
Have made a request for firmware that has bulgarian language for one Nokia. The college of mine sent me the firmware but i really dont know how to install it.
