Requirements

• Ensure the PC is connected to the internet
  
• Leave your NCK Pro hardware box connected to the PC

Steps to fix NCK Pro - UMT box Card Firmware is OBSOLETE

Follow the steps below to fix NCK Pro - UMT box Card Firmware is OBSOLETE. Please Update using Card Firmware Updater

1. Extract the Card Updater zip and run UMT_FW_Updater.exe
   
2. Once the Dashboard opens, click Update Card
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Once update is complete, close the updater
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Launch UMT Support Access

It worked, but some of the nck box pro setup like huawei modules,Nokia setups can not display or empty.
