While setting up your NCK Pro box to use UMT (i.e run UMT Support Access), you might encounter this error: Card Firmware is OBSOLETE. Please update using card firmware updater.

This brief guide will show you how to fix it.

Steps to fix NCK Pro - UMT box Card Firmware is OBSOLETE


Follow the steps below to fix NCK Pro - UMT box Card Firmware is OBSOLETE. Please Update using Card Firmware Updater

  1. Extract the Card Updater zip and run UMT_FW_Updater.exe
  2. Once the Dashboard opens, click Update Card

  3. Once update is complete, close the updater

  4. Launch UMT Support Access

It worked, but some of the nck box pro setup like huawei modules,Nokia setups can not display or empty.
